One Lifetime to Make an Eternal Difference
I expect to pass through life but once. If therefore, there by any kindness I can show, or any good thing I can do to any fellow being, let me do it now, and do not defer or neglect it, as I shall not pass this way again.
Don’t Do Wrong in order to Do Right
A good end cannot sanctify evil means; nor must we do evil, that good may come of it. . . To do evil that good may come of it is for bunglers in politics as well as morals.
The Cross Crosses Us
The cross … is that divine grace and power which crosses the carnal wills of men, and gives a contradiction to their corrupt affections, and that constantly opposes itself to the inordinate and fleshly appetite of their minds, and so may be justly termed the instrument of man’s holy dying to the world, and being made conformable to the will of God. For nothing else can mortify sin, or make it easy for us to submit to the divine will, in things otherwise contrary to our own.

Spread a Little Sunshine Every Day
I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good therefore that I can do, or any kindness or abilities that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer it or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.
True Godliness Changes You to Change the World
True godliness does not turn men out of the world, but enables them to live better in it and excites their endeavors to mend it.
Love Is Heaven upon Earth
Did we believe a final Reckoning and Judgment; or did we think enough of what we do believe, we would allow more Love in Religion than we do; since Religion it self is nothing else but Love to God and Man. Love is indeed Heaven upon Earth; since Heaven above would not be Heaven without it: For where there is not Love; there is Fear: But perfect Love casts out Fear. Love is above all; and when it prevails in us all, we shall all be Lovely, and in Love with God and one with another.
Free Stuff Friday — Frame of Government
Over the past few months, I have been preaching a series of sermons on the Biblical teachings regarding government. I communicated this to my friend the Hon. Sam Rohrer who heads the American Pastors Network. He sent me a document he prepared for a presentation based on William Penn’s Frame of Government. He gave me permission to put his presentation into distribution.
I formatted Penn’s Frame and included Rohrer’s presentation at the end. You may download the ebook for free as long as you do not redistribute it in any manner. Please feel free to point or to link to this page.

A Simple Prayer of Faith
Lord, help me not to despise or oppose what I do not understand.
Right Is Right
Right is right even if everyone is against it, and wrong is wrong even if everyone is for it.
